This utility searches the Anopheles gambiae genome for SSRs (eg. microsatellites) using the repeat sequence (eg. xyz) or known chromosomal location either through the sequence coordinates or percent length of the chromosome. All the data found in this section were made available to the Anopheles community by Jose Ribeiro at NIAID (jribeiro at niaid nih gov).
