AegyXcel is a database of the conceptually translated proteome of Aedes aegypti. It is based on an Excel spreadsheet that was developed by Dr. Jose Ribeiro (NIAID), who's made it available to the research community through AnoBase.
Dr. Ribeiro is constantly updating and upgrading Ano-Xcel, which you can presently access either directly or through a download of the files required to your computer (see below). AnoBase is in the proccess of optimizing the web interface of Ano-Xcel and its search capabilities, and therefore it welcomes any suggestions in this matter.
